Embracing mindfulness in both cooking and eating allows us to cultivate a deeper connection with our food and nourish ourselves in a holistic and balanced way.

TEAM AT IYASHI STUDIO
Iyashi Studio was cofounded by two individuals that work in the mental healthy industry that are passionate in culinary arts. With the prior experience of harsh dieting, counting calories in every meal, poor mental health and emotional eating, we believe that building a healthy relationship between body and food by mindful eating and mindful cooking is the ultimate way to nourish our body physically and mentally.
愉・正念飲食及烹飪學校由兩位從事心理健康行業、熱衷於烹飪藝術的人士共同創立。因為有之前嚴格節食、每餐都計算卡路里、情緒化飲食的體驗,以及曾受精神健康困擾,我們相信在身體和食物之間建立健康的關係,是滋養我們身體和心靈的方法。
